Yes, those would be problems which is why I wrote if the computer would allow you to do it.
But your offensives in the area can help the Chinese directly and indirectly by using supplies in the area as well as having units reacting to your moves away from the area where the Chinese units are active and receiving supplies. Hopefully, with the reopening of the Burma Road and more supplies reaching China from direct routes can help invigorate the Chinese units and their helpers.

Air losses....lower SRA
Re: Spanking Lowpe (NJP72 vs Lowpe (A))
Going into Quinhon via Brunei is tough on my shipping...so we will expand elsewhere to enable shorter routes and also fully cut off the SRA.
Re: Spanking Lowpe (NJP72 vs Lowpe (A))
Lots of ships in port...

I put the Colorado out....and paid the price for not thinking it thru....but we still grabbed two more bases in Singers and have a large invasion force off Mersing...now the question is do I divert to Kuantan or pull back or land at Mersing?
We did get the IJN fleets to pull back from Quinhon...

Re: Spanking Lowpe (NJP72 vs Lowpe (A))
With sea access from only two splines, Kuantan is the obvious choice to land at....will delay taking Singers....but should be safer and easier to defend.

Re: Spanking Lowpe (NJP72 vs Lowpe (A))
So part of the reason for pushing hard on Mersing area is to divert troops and enable this landing at Tavoy....which Japan could have blocked as we only have a weak air coverage here from Beaufighters and Lancers. But now Tavoy will have supply, local fighter coverage and is only 15 or so days to cutting off the road link to Moulmein. Two more troop convoys of xaps are following but are off map.
Tavoy has 30 AV on paratroopers, and some aviation engineers...so the runway is functional and size 4.
So, the point is to get Japan bouncing around from point to point, keeping them from concentrating their defenses taking bases, cutting supply and creating powerful bases that support future ops. Given that thought, I suspect we will pull back our shipping from Mersing and rely upon building up Kuantan a little safer.....
Weather is overcast and moonlight is waxing at 89%.

Our primary operation right now...the great sea lift to Tavoy begins without losses.

It is looking good for you.
The best land battles are the one won by the naval surface combat task forces!
Is there a way to quickly capture Moulmein and/or Pegu to try and trap IJA forces in Burma?

Daylight comes and Air Command issues a stark warning! 3 dive bombers are lost to long range CAP but spot several task forces....the IJN warships are out and exposed.
