Hang in there Eric.  Make sure that you take care of yourself also.  If there is counseling available for you then take it.  Sometimes the caregivers need as much help as the afflicted, make sure you get the help so that you can be strong for her.

If it helps I know your Thread brothers will send prayers and kind thoughts your way.

Today was hard: she was unable to act/think in a regular way. Medic crew ask me to leave her, for her AND me. It was like abandonning her.
