Good Monday morning - Tithe. [&o][&o][&o]

(Brother Mynok is on vacation this week, so he shouldn't take offense) [:D]

Dream on....anytime the work phone rings on vacation is grounds for a sucky Monday.

Although in balance I have to confess it was a gorgeous day here at the coast. Sat out on the deck this evening with a good cigar, a nice tumbler of Bushmills and a brilliantly clear night. The stars were rocking! I could see most of the 7 sisters, Jupiter was bright in the SSE, and I swear I could see Andromeda.

It is truly sad that two generations of kids have grown up without the stars thanks to the awful light pollution. If you think it is irrelevant, just ask a kid if he's seen the Milky Way.

Does someone know the max size of a JPEG that could be insert in a post here ?

I did try to post a picture yesterday evening, and there was a message saying the file was too big . (and i could compete with Steve in dumbiness with computer, because i have no idea how to get the size smaller).

Sounds like a great start to the week, minus the work call. [;)]

I know exactly what you mean about the stars. The first time I saw, really saw, the Milky Way was the first night out to sea in the Navy. Amazing. It's pretty much like that down in the Turks, and I was sure to point it out to Alex and his cousin last trip. His cousin is going with us again this year. She's a year older than Alex and they get along great, so mom and I don't have to entertain him all the time. [:D]
