In Normandy Axis can use notional if they want to. Division is invading and MAR attacks cross the water from Cherbourg. Odds are 23:8, CW can use 10 points of shore bombardment and both can use lots of planes.
EDIT: I just realized MAR is halved when attacking cross the water but full when invading.

US adds HQ support in Africa
CW adds 10 points SB to Normandy attack.
CW sends 3 planes (6 tactical factors CVP, FTR3 and LND3 escorted by Fighter 9)
I believe Axis should check the situation from computer as there might be multiple planes in same hex, there are so many German and Italian planes that can intercept.
