RE: Cold War Database 1946-1979 Platform Requests
I was just reading about this little US Navy sub that isn't in the game:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_submarine_NR-1
It's a research vehicle, so it's not a huge deal, but I thought it was curious enough to warrant mention (since the Alvin DSV is in the game). Seems it was used in the Cold War to retrieve sensitive technology that had sunk.
Edit:
And it had wheels!

Hi! I made a short list with correct designations, hullnumbers and names for the DDR ship database.
#1457 - 611 Hoyerswerda [Pr.109 Frosch I] --> 611 Hoyerswerda [Pr.108 Frosch I]
#1452 - 751 Max Reichpietsch [Pr.205 Osa I] --> 701 Max Reichpietsch [Pr.205 Osa I]
#1456 - 911 [Pr.131.400 Libelle] --> 900 [Pr.131.400 Libelle]
#1461 - Hai I --> V 81 [Pr.12.3 Hai II] (Sole ship in class. Renamed V 86 in 1970 and V 86 Werdau in March 1973. In service from 11 April 1963 to April 1983)
#1462 - Hai II --> 461 Grevesmühlen [Pr.12.4M Hai III] (First ship commissioned on 5th July 1965. Last ship decommissioned in February 1984)
#1450 - KSS 40 Riga Mod --> 1-61 [Pr.50 Riga Mod] (Later renamed 401 Ernst Thälmann)
#1460 - Labo Class --> 601 [Pr.46 Labo] (First Ship commissioned on 16 June 1962. All but one remaining LCMs decommissioned on 24 October 1977. Last ship renamed E 30, converted to auxiliary and continued service until 1981)
#1466 - MLR 321 Krake --> 6-92 [Pr.15 Krake] (Until three-digit hullnumbers were distributed in January 1959, hullnumbers of this class were arranged X-XX. Last ships decommissioned in 1976)
#1467 - MLR 421 Kondor I --> 301 Greifswald [Pr.89.1 Kondor I]
#1464 - MLR 611 Habicht I --> 611 [Pr.1 Habicht I] (You may want to put "1./2.BA" in side note. BA is an abbreviation for "BauAusführung" which translates to flights or builds. Last ship decommissioned 28 October 1070)
#1465 - MLR 621 Habicht II --> 621 [Pr.1 Habicht II] (You may want to put "3.BA" in side note. Same deal as above. Last ship decommissioned 28 October 1070)
#1449 - MPK SO1 [Pr.201M] --> 711 [Pr.201M SO1] (Later renamed 874 Adler)
#1459 - Robbe --> 501 [Pr.47 Robbe] (Service dates range from 10 April 1964 to 6 Octobe 1978)
#1454 - TS 101 P-6 [Pr.183] --> 5-61 [Pr.183 P-6] (New hullnumber 101 on 01.01.1959 and later renamed 202 Julius Adler in 01.03.1961)
#1461 - TS 970 Iltis --> 911 [Pr.63.300 Iltis A]
You may want to give these two websites a look. There's tons of useful data regarding the DDR Navy.

Thanks will look into itORIGINAL: Luidzi
Several propeller aircrafts (so far I've found B-1, B-17, B-24, B-29, B-50, Il-4, Il-10, Il-14, there may be others) have excessively higher fuel consumption at military speed when compared to cruise speed (10-100x higher). Because several other aircrafts with piston/turboprop engines have their fuel consumption only 2-3x higher when compared cruise and military settings, I think there may be something wrong.

Hi Sirius,
It seems we have a problem of fuel consumption with ships : #543 A629 Lac Chambon and sister ship #544 A628 La Baise.
Datas (for all throtles) are far too much high.
Thanks

CMANO Release v1.11, SR6, Build 840.4. Database CWDB_446beta3.db3.
Missile loadout for USS Lafayette (SSBN-616) DB Entries #78 & #199. When these SSBNs are added to a scenario they show SLBM loadouts as 4 UGM-27B Polaris A2 [3MRV x W58 200kT Nuclear] DB ID #34. Checking https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Lafayette_(SSBN-616) it shows that they should have 16 of these missiles as opposed to 4. Sample attached. Thanks for checking.

I noticed that Finnish airplanes needs a lot of work as there are errors and omissions. I've done some work to add them to Admiralty Trilogy board game and ready stuff is posted in my blog http://tiikki.blogspot.fi/.
There you find
And thank you for your hard work
There you find

[link=http://tiikki.blogspot.fi/2013/09/fouga-magister-in-finnish-air-force-and.html]Fouga Magister[/link] total 80 were used from 1958 to 80's
[link=http://tiikki.blogspot.fi/2013/03/saab-draken-in-finnish-air-force-and.html]Draken[/link] S/SX version should be similar to Swedish F2 not F1 as the stats are, number of tanks vs missiles in load outs is also questionable.
[link=http://tiikki.blogspot.fi/2012/11/il-28-in-finnish-air-force-and-some.html]Il-28[/link] 3 of aircraft were R-models and fourth was regular. None were used for bombing and all were used for target towing and naval recon. They are missing radars and so are soviet ones too.

Also some were locally modified to MGT (T=Tiedustelu=Recon). MGT had High Fix removed and only those had recon pod capability. On armament side I'm unsure of actual Finnish standard loads.

MiG-21BIS were received after 1979 so they should not be on this database.
As far as I know none of four captured PO-2 were used after 1945.
Mi-1 were used by Border Guard and Air Force, not army and there were 4 of them and used between 61-67 and they were polish SM-1 versions.
Mi-4 were used by Air Force, not army and there were 3 of them
Mi-8P were used by Air Force, total 2, received 78 or 79
Mi-8T were used by Air Force, total 4, received 73/74
-
Vampire Trainer Mk55 (9 of them and there were 6 of fighter versions, there was some Finnish modifications on these)
Folland Gnat Mk.1 (13 from 58 to 74)
DC-3 (9 from 60 to 84)
DHC-2 Beaver (3 in Air Force use from 58 to 71 and 3 used by Border guard from 51 to 88)
Pembroke C.Mk53 (2 in use from 56 to 68)
MiG-15UTI (4 in use from 62 to 77)
MiG-21U/UM (total 6)
Agusta Bell 206A (1 in use of Air Force from 68 to 79 and 7 used by Border Guard from 68 to 2011)
S.E.3130 Alouette II 313B (2 in use from 66 to 75 + 1 in use by Border Guard from 65 to 76)
Hughes 369HS, 369HM and 369D total 5 received 1975 (most likely 3 500C models and 2 500D models)
And thank you for your hard work

I've got good access to Air Force material (the Air Force museum is only 30min away) but for others it is a lot harder for me to get material.

RE: Cold War Database 1946-1979 Platform Requests
If I'm not mistaken, the Saab 32 Lansen did not have rockets in the first years of its service. I am now trying to create a 1959 Swedish scenario and I can only equip it with the rockets used from the 1960s. Could you add internal guns setting?
I need ten females for each male...

EDIT: Found it on CWDB
#468 - USS United States [CVA-58] (1949) - Coventional Power Bomber Carrier - Hypothetical
A suggestion: what about replacing 3x open parking (large) with 1x open parking (very large), so to allow one (not two, consider it need to take off) really massive strategic aircraft lands on the deck? Added with something like a 'rocket assist runway' for it to take off.
Of course the very large aircraft is still no way to fit inside the hangar, but without the control tower, the flush top will make the possibility of STOL much easier than this:

From artist's impression, the centerline can be used as a runway:

What it needed is a JATO-capable version of CVA-58, removed fore and stern armaments to clear a way for centerline STOL.
This could be a perfect match with B-47 JATO:

It should be marked as hypothetical, I've tried to filter it but still appear in real-life list.

Several classes of LSDs, specifically the first 3 US classes, have a mismatch between fuel consumption and fuel storage causing them to run out of fuel inside of a day's cruise:
LSD 1 Ashland (both versions - DB #1181 and #1648), LSD 13 Casa Grande (all versions - #1649, #482, #797 and #798), L 31 Galica (#1687, ex-USS San Marcos, Casa Grande-class - also misspelled, should be Galicia), and LSD 28 Thomaston (#47, #810 and #811 only):
- Fuel consumption: Creep 33.44 kg/min, Cruise 37.16 kg/min, Full 70.6 kg/min, Flank 139.35 kg/min
- Fuel storage: 50 tons oil fuel
Also, the A 646 Foudre (#537, ex-HMS Oceanway, Casa Grande-class) has a more-drastic mismatch:

Fixes for all of these appear to be in (mostly) foreign variants of the three classes already in the database, though they reflect 2 differing approaches to fuel consumption.

RE: Cold War Database 1946-1979 Platform Requests
Very minor one but aircrafts #3205 and #3206 are the exact same ones: Indonesian Ki-43 IIIb. Would make sense to change 3205 to Ki-43 II-KAI which was in use in Indonesia too, post WWII.
Ki-43 II-KAI:
*10% slower
*Single drop tank
*Can carry 2*250kg bombs (not sure).
*2x12.7mm (in lieu of 2x20mm)
See Wikipedia and wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/b/768/79/0#1 for refs.
Also, would be nice to add P-63 King-Cobras to the DB as these were used by France till '51 (Algeria and Indochina) and by Honduras till '60s. USSR was still using it post-WWII too. Nice plane which can do some damage on the ground (37mm canon + up to 1500lbs bomb load).
