Yes it still shows as that because there seems to be no way of changing the actual title (and is the reason for the request in the GDF). However, as a part solution I have amended the name that appears if you go into the main WIF thread. If our thread is the last to have a post it will at least show as "Keep off this thread Axis Filth!!!" [:)]

Not a full proof solution but the best I can offer at the moment.
Have you tried going to the first post in the thread and edit it? It might be that you can change the title that way.

It worked when I tried it - although it needed 6.64 of oil and not the lesser number on your screenshot.

Note: I used the last saved game. Maybe its changes to the convoys you've carried out?

So you had the oil saved oil available?

Edit: So you didn't use the save I sent along with the picture?

Edit2: The number is not that important.

So you used the save from German preliminary production planning?

Time to backtrack a bit. My return to base should not affect saved oil. [:(]

This is what happens when I press reorganise all - and then a further button (as it took 5.95) to take it to 6

The bug is still there. Unfortunately. [:(]

The previously saved CW oil is not available for reorganization.

Edit: For example - the oil saved in London can not be used to reorganize units.

Looking at the file you've sent, most units can use the saved oil. 3 CP's in Sierra Leone and a CP in Cape Town don't seem to be able to. I can't see why this would be. They can clearly trace a supply path but maybe it's something to do with the 5 units max per oil resource.

Edit: Picture added with the London oil used to reorganise 10 ships.

So what should I be seeing here? If I click on controlled (2) only the Kiwi oil appears?

Image

Is that the right game file? It's only showing 1 oil Saved at Start. The one Orm sent shows 3 Saved at Start.

Er, doesn't the revised Allied Only title now look remarkably similar to and therefore mistakable for the Axis only one?

No it appears the names on the e-mail are different to the names it saves as when unzipped. So ignore please.

Without wishing to convey the merest hint of displeasure at version 3 of the revised Allied Only AAR title, does it perhaps have the slight disadvantage that if taken literally nobody else will view it either?

Well of 238 posts 17 are non Orm and Warspite - and brian brian makes up about 90% of them. So I don't think it will make a huge difference.

The only reason we have 2,200 hits is because I keep opening and closing the thread continuously to make it look like we have interesting things to say......
