But why considering just this lovely place?

My dad has been there several times, says nice things. But the key detail was the free accommodations and being taught the language, and in a year, being allowed to gain citizenship.

Some might consider the 6 months of dark wintery night a problem, but I LOVE WINTER. All I'd need is a comfy chair and a pile of romance novels, and I'd be ok. Lots of skiing, no heat waves. And Norway is like Canada maxed out (I'm a shameless socialist).

As I see it, the most wonderful thing of all is that the Italians go out on the balconies of their homes to sing to the rest of the citizens, who are confined in their homes.

The human race is a miracle.

Still a good song. Amazing how many views it has. They say that it is a crisis in the music industry. Bah. A hit is still a hit. And a hit still generate money. Of course luck may be involved as well, but that has always been the case.

But then, of course, they just happen to be of the Swedish persuasion. [;)]
