The Germans bring in a bomber on half range (2 points). What do the French want to do?

The throw against Metz saw the fractional succeed (482 thrown) but the odds unaffected. The land throw was an 8(9) and the French lose two units.

Against Rouen the throw was a 1(2) and for no French loss the Germans are all disorganised and lose a unit.
