That is actually impossible, as I did not reinforce in the BoB you will not be able to initiate there.

The Italian fleet in the Italian Coast aborts to La Spezia.

CW initiates in the Eastern Med. CA Australia is flipped.
Italy commits their SUBs as there are CPs to be destroyed.
Allies rolls a 7.
Axis rolls a 1.

Which boxes does Italy want to include? Do they want a SUB-combat or surfacecombat? Do they want to stick around for another round or do they want to abort? Where to?

FTR is aborted to Sicily as it cannot reach the mainland.
2 CA and a BB tries to run the gauntlet to reach La Spezia. CW tries to intercept in the Italian Coast.
A 10 is rolled and they safely reach harbour.

The germans does not initiate in the North Atlantic.
