By the way, are we playing to the bitter end or does this end at some points spring/summer 1945? Things look so bad for the Allies I would need to take even more risks if there is a deadline.

Last turn of the game is July/August 1945. However, one could extend the game further than that if we so like. The option to do that can be altered during the game. Both CVPs were destroyed as there was no carriers to land on. I assume this is correct and they cannot land to Malta or something?

Otherwise, I think I would have prioritized the AMPH instead of the CV.
