I think David's let us in on a big clue here...maybe instead of fixing the bugs they've invinted a program that eliminates the people that complain about theml.

that would be too much to hope for...[:D]

Officially that comment was unofficial. Even though it was made by an official, any comments are quite unofficial. The official word is that no unofficial comments are allowed, unless they come from an official source and are made as an official comment. But that was an unofficial comment so officially there is no comment. However, unofficially there is no official comment, so unofficially there is no comment either, but then I am an unofficial source not an official source. Therefore any comments I make are unofficial and that is official.

Uh, you don't happen to work for the government, do you?

And before 15 years

You know they don't like to be tied to artificial deadlines. If they run out of beer it may take 15 years, 1 month, and a day or two. Give or take a decade.

Will the new routines include Klingon disrupters AND after Jan, 1, 1942, Cloaking Devices for land units prepped for a taregt above 38%?

Just random thoughts...

WHAT!!! How about an accurate torpedo, say with 2-3 grams of anti-matter in the explosive???? Or a photon depth charge? (only problem is you'd have to be a llloooonnnnggggg way off when it exploded.)

[:D] The maybe some day maybe patch has achieved it's goal. The rumor alone will keep the thread buzzing for at least two weeks. Not that I'm cynical. [:D]

I know you think you understood what you thought I said. But I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I ment.

Ummm, yea. Or something like that.

[:D]Actually a nuke would never believe a rumor. He'd need to see it in the maunual, backed up by at least two other references , ( which one of which really should be his COB/SEA).[:D] Just kidding! I thought he sounded more like disbursing clerk. [;)]

I was a nuke for 25 years. All that manual and backing up stuff were all just smoke and mirrors. Remember all reactors are just large Bic lighters. All you do is move the -/+ on the lighter in the direction you like. We use all the other confusing stuff to make us look important. Somewhat like most of the above comments and circular arguments about patches. The confusion adds to the mystery! Or is it the other way around?

[:D]Then I take it you never heard the defination of the big three Navy communities and their respective relationships with "The Book"?[:D] I did a LMET course (that should date me) back in the eighties at New London at the sub school.....I'm not sure that's quite all smoke and mirrors. That course (consisting of 25 "bubbleheads", 16 of whom were "nukes"and 1 token "Airdale"-me) )was the longest two weeks of my life.[8|]

I hear you. The six months at nuke school were the longest of my life. Orlando for six months- sounds great, but I spent most of them at the Orlando NPS. Not fun. Years later, working on m Ph.D. was a breazy. Did you get used to us nukes?
