But not with WitP. It no likie Alt-Tab...
i've not had too much trouble with that...

Believe me, I have. That was one of the reasons I switched permanently to windowed mode. The other was the fact that I can play in my native desktop resolution; much crisper...[&o]

Hi all,

I don't recall if "windowed mode" is fully officially supported (i.e. can it be used as 100% "safe")...

You guys are lucky.

She-who-must-be-obeyed does not look kindly on this hobby of mine. She allows it, and tries to be understanding I suppose, but I can tell that she thinks playing witp is roughly on the same maturity-level as "playing with lego" or "playing with toy cars". So I try to play only at the office or early in the morning when She-who-must-be-obeyed is still sleeping.

In its place we are entering a period of consequences..

I have a really big corncob pipe and before each turn I recite " I have returned!"
But seriously, I do keep plenty of notes on several tablets I keep on my desk. Sure have gone through plenty of pencils.[;)]
Sometimes I read the AARs to help me set the mood.
Bah - wimps! i break the water pipes in the wall and set the room on fire whenever i lose a ship!! [:'(]

it does tend to breed a sense of caution... [8|] [:D]

LMAO.......

I have the game music turned off, usually, and play period music in the background on XM40 or pandora.com..

I sometimes eat spam and pineapple, (and no, I am not kidding)..
