An arrogant MC squad is dispersed and an AA half-track up north that has been chopping my Brits to pieces is destroyed.

The cavalry has arriveD!!!! (Not to be taken literally)

A company of Airborne troops disload from the gun teams despite heavy fire from enemy tanks. The line is stiffened significantly. 2in mortars take position to rain some mortar fire on enemy tank hatches. (I hope)

7.2 inch artillery pounds some tanks, a Tiger mostly I think. I don't know if it did any damage.

Some of the Mortar Teams have been delt with, bring up SP Arty for some Direct Fire missions on the new infantry, I killed two wasp and made the crew that just got back into the Tank get out again

Brits are still holding, forced back an airborne squad to the north with concentrated mortar fire.

Armored platoons are moving forward and taking up positions behind the infantry.

My troops in the South, expecting reinforcements but receiving none are putting up a fairly good fight considering the odds...

To the North, the topmost hill is still holding their ground against the German infantry. Don't know how long they'll last against constant pounding.

In the middle, a German MC squad takes a VHex

Brits pop smoke all over, covering themselves from the German tanks.

I'm in deep trouble now...

Amidst the dead of the battlefield, (mostly British), a loud whistle is heard resounding in the north.....

With bayonets fixed and helmets firmly strapped in, the British infantry in the North stream forward, WW I style

Jumping over their fallen chaps, they stream forward regardless of the amount of fire that pours onto them. 37mm, 88mm, 7.62, everything is thrown into the rushing horde but the advance continues. British Commandos, British Airborne and various mixes of crewmen brave the explosions and the AA fire to take some ground. (Maybe this is where they learned how to fight come Juno, Sword and Gold beaches heheheheh)

Anyways, the situation down south is well.... deteriorating is too kind a word.

The middle is faring a tad better, but not by much really

I hope my artillery men shoot well next turn

That crew got back in that tank again, this time I destroyed the tank and machingunned the crew, thats three time I had to deal with this piticular tank, also kill a Sherman I have advanced past the southern hill next turn the middle hill sould be overrun, the north hill needs some rocket attention first.

My forces down south and in the middle are literally terminated, they have simply dissapeared from the map.

My northern forces however are continuing their counter attack, I WILL Get those VHexes, the Northern hill is My Hill

If the Brits are gonna fall, we're gonna take a lot of you with us!!!!!

The northern line stiffens, ready to launch another offensive. The south and the middle is in total ruins, with nothing left but running Brits and some abandoned trucks.

Despite the wholesale massacre, the Brits up north, still a considerable force of around two companies, hold.
