1.02 Beta bugs

Time of Fury spans the whole war in Europe and gives players the opportunity to control all types of units, ground, air and naval. Not only that, each player will be able to pick a single country or selection of countries and fight his way against either the AI or in multiplayer in hotseat or Play by E-Mail. This innovative multiplayer feature will give player the chance to fight bigger scenarios against many opponents, giving the game a strategic angle that has no equal in the market. The game uses Slitherine’s revolutionary PBEM++ server system.

Does it happens with other countries like Romania, Hungary or Croatia for example?


Spotting of enemy fleet is random, but the presence of allied fleets increasing this a lot.

Just tried Fall Gelb and Barbarossa with Germany and Hungary, both human.
It is not happenening.

Hi, just purchased the game, i like it quite a bit, it is more fun and playable than HOI3.

However, i am using the beta patch, playing the grand campaign as Germany, and suddenly in October '39, i see France shoot down the Belgian airforce, and on my turn i receive an event to attack Eban Emael.
I check the diplomacy and Belgium is now at war with both the axis and the allies.

I suspect this is a bug.

confirmed !
I had that twice during the last two games (grand campaigns).
- Parachute assault in oct/nov 1939 without being at war with belgium.
- when we (germany) attacked Luxemburg, we had to learn, that Netherlands, Belgium, France and UK had also been at war with them.
- After the attack of France into Belgium, UK also attacked France.
- in Feb. 40 Italy is not able to declare war on France and UK (only on the allied leader, whoever this is). US or Greek were possible targets. Why ???

I think this has been commented already. This is obviously a bag caused due to the French AI.
Already fixed this kind of behavior for the next release.


Again sorry for the delay, but we are still working on fixing the supply system. This is the last thing we are planning to fix so it means that the visibility of enemy units will have to wait till the next patch.
I found this not to be a gamebreaker, and I don;t want you all to wait for all the other fixes and improvements any longer.
This patch was huge in terms of issues we have covered so thats why the timeline has stretched so long.

Again sorry about that, but we are doing all of this because we want this game to be even better and more fun for you.

There are useful features in 1.02 beta, looking forward to using it when corrected, so if the list of fixes is now closed, when might we see the update issued. [:)]

We would like to fix the supply as soon as possible. For sure will let you know when this will be ready and wrapped for Matrix :)

Minor issue: Clash of Titans - Germany occupies Vichy event

Germany Human vs AI

French Fleet - Duplicate Jean Bart

One on map - One ready to deploy


I took a closer look, the problem is that there is a Jean Bart already on the map and then Vichy gets an event asking if Jean Bart should be commissioned.

It has nothing to do with Germany occupying Vichy.
