Married for 28 years, sorry young man :)

I knew I was going to regret posting :)

Respect. No regrets necessary my Dear. 28 years, very impressive indeed. I congratulate you both. You & your Mr. might even be a Soulmate match. Not even I, The Mighty Slaakman would dare to put asunder Gods Holy Matrimony. However, if I happen to ever encounter either of you in a game of Starcraft Armageddon or my special Ambush scenario....I'LL TEAR YOUR SOULS APAAAAART!! [:'(] [:D]

Working in fast food as I can't find anything else. I did Metrology (not Meteorology) for a bunch of years for the Air Force before retiring. Did retail and some factory work. With my quality back ground I about chocked at how some places are run with a complete lack of any kind of quality system or mindset in place.

Until January of 2013 I was Chief Technology Officer of a convenience store chain(616 locations). I worked for that same company from the time I was hired as an intern in college(I was 19) and was lucky enough to pull an early retirement at age 47 earlier this year. I would say I miss it...but THAT WOULD BE A LIE.[:D][:D][:D]

Quite right. What possible proof could they have that you spend too much time on the internet? Shocking behaviour - you should sue....

MMOs and me don't mix well.

I could of course always sic my kid on you. He plays competitive Starcraft. I don't know much about the game, but I recognize what counts as performance.

He solves rubics cubes while playing the game at the same time :) ( I could never do those dumb cubes both hands and given unlimited time to figure it out). His average time is 30 seconds. For the cube. He's upper mid class level in Starcraft (whatever that means). On a good day I have seen him defeat people that make money playing the darned game.

I have too many too complicated wargames, and not enough sufficiently interested non wargamer friends.

Good. Then he might stand a chance. One of my usernames at BNET/Broodwars is Abwehr. Be there or be square. (As you can tell, humility is not an option in Broodwars).

The business card says "Senior Chief Engineer" at a Japanese automobile company but that's surely a mistake because I'm not a senior, certainly ain't a Native American and never take the train.

What I actually do is clean up all the IT crap before it reaches the attention of senior management.

Cat Slave.

I feed him when he wants. I open doors and windows for him when he wants. I keep his favourite armchair warm for him until he is ready to take up residence. I am apparently quite good as a temporary resting place when he fancies a quick snooze.

Thankfully, he he fast asleep on my bed at the moment. Or, more accurately, I should say that he is fast asleep on his bed that he graciously allows me to occupy during the night time period.

Best wishes,
Steve

I asked him for clarification. He told me he was one of the better diamond rated players. Whatever diamond means. I'll mention your name. As long as you don't mind a 19 year old kicking you around :)

Hmmm sounds like hes using SC2. Ask him if he has Broodwar loaded up, please. I wouldnt mind at all since Im on about a 5000 battle winning streak at the moment so it might be a refreshing change. Welcome to my Nightmare, little fly.
