You are right. But, there is a problem with the scenario editor. The PID button data in SE does show CBE but the tank loadout does not include CBE. The gun data xml does have CBE but the tank xml does not get any. So the SE is not going by the tank data.

Rick....

[Edit]According to this the PZIV should get a couple of smoke shells.

The scenario editor PID lists all of the gun data applicable to the unit. However the loadout may change based on the date. This used to be handled by different versions, but now it's done dynamically. Might this be the problem? I would check but I'm not where I can followup, and probably won't be for another week.

Thanks

It is not dynamic as there is no time period where CBE is available for the tank. The problem is the PID viewer has not been updated since specific load outs were implemented.

I'll add this to the list of items to fix for patch.

Thanks!

I'll make some changes in the loadouts as well and give them some smoke. I wish there was a way to upgrade the HEAT shells. As the war progressed the Germans improved the performance of their HEAT shells. But we have no way of modeling this.

Don't know if they were supposed to, but my mortar's had no smoke either. Basically just the infantry.

50mm mortars are not suppose to.
