New Japan T1 up. To all those who invested as many hours into T1 as I did, my eternal apologies. And Tom, don't worry, if this happens again, I will bring the rope for my hanging. Just don't get it. Something is up. I would have had to put in the wrong PW (same one every game), then enter it incorrectly on T1 and T2. I have the matrix edition, now... Steam has the last patch being from 2016--maybe that means something. Up to date and in folder. Thanks again to all and your patience.

Hey guys, working on the 1st installment of the video. It will cover the first 3 months. Can US and China just give me some bits on what's going on? Doesn't need to be flowery or anything-- just straight facts you want me to report... can be propaganda as well. I should have the video up in a few days... the team I cover got destroyed and that is always a tough week for me... So I've been a bit bogged down. Thanks. Ernie can you confirm or deny that arty does or does not receive a bonus from leaders?

What kind of bonus are we talking about?

They do get a bonus from the leaders ordinary ability to command, as that applies to every combat.
They do get a bonus from certain cards (Bombard and Defence)

Other than those? I don't think so.

Sorry for not being specific:

"They do get a bonus from the leaders ordinary ability to command, as that applies to every combat"... I meant to ask if it applies to bombard?

Thanks again, sir.

That was a pretty funny post two tribes... well, I found out my tech issue. I had mentioned it to Tom, but it's now confirmed. I run on a laptop, and I put it in hibernate or sleep instead of shutting it down... well because I'm lazy. I opened my turn and the first open it put me in the end turn menu and wouldn't let me cancel. So I had to end the process and loaded again. This time it was flashing icons. So, I rebooted with fingers crossed and wallah all was well. In my Italian turn in the last match I had put it to sleep mid turn then finished and saved. Anyway, weird, but there should be no more issues going forward and no more near coronaries on my part.

Took a break and slept, and then opened Italy turn and issues arose again after a full reboot... couple of extra reboots did the trick. Don't know what the hell the problem is, but all is well & turn is up.

Hey, guys my wife finishes up school tomorrow, and I'll be back in full swing to work the the video, and Bombur, I'll be on that project forth with as well. Had my issues arise again with blinking chits and even had some new issues as well... it took me several openings to get the Italian round out. Still don't get the issue... but my round is up and AAR is forthcoming today ... at some point today. Thanks for the patience.

Hey, guys been super sick, I'm sorta on the mend. I'm starting to pull my self together today and catch up on work and turns. But got hit hard. Wife is done with school and home now, so I'll actually get more than 3 hrs of sleep now and catch up. I'll get to my turn in this game and Bomburs ASAP...sorry for the delay, but was bedridden for a few days.

Glad to hear your on the mend was it man flu or something trivial like Cholera or the Black Death, glad to hear your on the mend.

Nah nothing so dramatic... I went a few years with little sleep and suffered from an auto immune issue and my innards were ready to go full ulcer. So now when I push my self for a few months with little sleep, my body revolts. Older age hasn't helped. Went two months with little sleep, due to my wife doing job training, and Kablooey my body gave me a big middle finger. Today is the first mostly normal energy level I've had for some time. My cheap self has decided to bring a nanny on board to help with my tribe of kids... so, I should be good from now on. Fingers crossed...

Ack! Sorry to hear that... was it the fingers, wrist, or the hand itself? Done all three... none are fun. Take it easy, brother... and get well.

Did they give you the cast with the split on the pinky finger to keep the tendon from shrinking? How far did the cast go up your forearm-- if at all? When I broke my wrist, it went from knuckles to elbow. When I took it off, my arm looked like a shriveled stick. Creepiest thing... really shook me. If it's a small cast, you're lucky. Now don't tell me you smashed your fist on your desk because Larry was killing too many of your Chinese soldiers? :) Feel better...

Noob alert: Hey guys, I declared war on a neutral island off the coast of africa, south of Portugal... didn't know it was Japan who had the lead in acquiring it..thought it was the brits or french. Should have checked first. Since declaring war on Japan would have broke house rules and the essence of this game, I rebooted. Sorry.

I ate too much....ugh...Thanksgiving gone and now the shopping...boy I hate shopping after Thanksgiving...all the nuts are out...but I need to get a prescription filled and I use Wal-Mart. Cooked the turkey on my new smoker...hickory flavored turkey...yum...but now a few days of left-overs. Good thing I like turkey. Avoided black Friday at the store...but now it's Saturday and I don't look forward to going to Wal-Mart today...maybe I'll leave it to Monday if I got enough pills to last until then.
