4.0.1.23 Public Beta Update

Just crop it to a reasonably sized sub-segment if you don't want to open a small scenario and just end turn to generate one.

The forum not stopping you is probably part and parcel with it being ancient code from something like 15 years years ago.

Anyway the save map to image is reportedly broken in the initial release, and the beta patches readme's don't say anything about it. So, still broken but the devs are already aware [:)]

a new version, .23, is now available! It fixes the saving of screenshots, so not a big one, but perhaps an important fix for those doing AARs and such. :)
