Impulse: 3 (Axis)

Declarations of War and Alignments: None

Japan: Combined
Germany: Land
Italy: Combined

Port Attack: None
Naval Air: None

Naval Movement:
Japan

For some reason I have a Manchurian TERR in my Japan picks (although maybe WAD?) so I have to waste a TRS on moving it out of Japan to Manchuria. A total of 5 ships with sea lift capability transfer Yammamoto, ENG, Marine, ART and TERR to the China Sea 0-box.

Strategic Bombardment: None
Ground Strike:
Germany

Two stukas head for Warsaw - the second stuka saves the situation after the first mis-heard the orders, flew for Walsall, ran out of fuel on its way to the Midlands, and ditched in the Baltic.

Rail Movement:
Japan

An SNLF heads for Suchow

Land Movement:
Italy

The 1st Inf Div heads for the French border

Germany

The Germans move on Warsaw, while the German Armour heads in the opposite direction.

Japan

The Japanese in the north continue their march south, or at least three of them do.

Land Combat:
Germany

One attack announced - that against Warsaw.

No Ground Support.

Its 5:1+2 reduced to 4:1+2 because of the rain. On behalf of the Allies I naturally choose Assault as this is to save Poland from being conquered.

The Fractionals fail (170 throw) and the land throw is a 7(9). The Polish forces in the capital are destroyed.

USSR demands Bessarabia from Rumania.

I assume that the claim is allowed. Otherwise I will go back and begin the impulse with a diplomatic note that say that a state of war is now in effect between USSR and Rumania.

´
No, it is not a TERR.

Yes, it is WAD.

The Manchurian unit is a MIL. And it can begin in Japan. Perhaps one could consider it a militia sent to Japan for training?

And it is a Manchurian unit but it may still travel the world as a part of the Japanese military. Just beware minor country co-operation. Korea and Formosa has units it can not stack, nor fight, with.

Edit: The TERR must begin within their home country. This does not apply to MIL.

What are those vehicles in Orm's picture?

I hate to say it, but they look cute, which is not the impression one wants one's AFVs to give.
I thought I knew how to play this game....
