RE: Hadros (Axis) vs HB (Allies) No Hadros for now
Were you trying to send production to Persia because it was allied with the Allies or the Axis? Either way, I believe you need to control the port on the Persian Gulf closest to the oil fields.
Does anyone know the answer to my question? I have decided to invade Persia because conquering it will provide some Lend Lease Production to Russia. But this means I now have 150 MS to carry about 107 resources and 80 Oil. Since 150 is 80% of 187 I assume this means that I will receive only 107 X 80% = 86 Resources. I will also only receive 80 X 80% = 64 oil; but that is irrelevant as I have more oil than I need. This is why I am hoping that the Iraqis and Iranians have very effective partisans.
I will be receiving even less resources and oil as Hadro's U-Boats sink my MS faster than I can replace them. Of course, I will not have any excess MS to send production to Russia after Barbarossa. I am beginning to rethink this All-In strategy as I really could use an extra 20 or so MS right now and a few more escorts. It could have been a lot worse if Hadros had had better luck with his U-Boats.

Sadly I do not know the answer to your question.
I was able to send resources to Iraq as the Axis...but not Persia. NOR could I get resources out that I remember. But it is not a big thing.
For my all in I build escorts in Canada...MS though...well I make one after France is invaded...don't build any more land at that point.
You will have less until the US join for sure.
But I am a poor one to discuss that with. Most I have played gave up in France...and as the Axis my subs do not do well. I am working on figuring out why in a new game where for once I am doing okay, which worries me.

6 MS sunk, but I scored 4 hits on his U-Boats. The Axis buildup in the East continues.
This is my Russian Setup. This is, of course, top secret and if I ever play you than you will first have to agree to a memory wipe. The quality is not great; next time I will be sure to do different maps for each Front.

I am in the process of fighting as the USSR for the second time ever...my set up is actually pretty close to yours.
Yes a few small differences. But good to see I am not WAY off.

A bad turn in the Atlantic as 9 MS and 3 escorts are sunk while inflicting 4 U-Boat hits. The worst of it is that all this damage was inflicted by just 2 U-Boat groups. The odd thing is that my bonus was only 2% even though I had 2 CVS and 2 Destroyers in range.
Persia is conquered.

I could have had 30 more MS, but instead I used the British shipyards to build 60 landing ships. I think I made a mistake as the lack of those 30 MS is costing me about 40 production per turn. But since I did build the LS I now have to decide where to use them. Possible targets include:
1. Norway,
2. The Netherlands,
3. Denmark,
4. French North Africa, or
5. Behind the Axis lines in Libya.

4 MS sunk, but who cares; the big news is that Barbarossa gets underway. 11 Corps are shattered and my first army is created out of a corps. I count 8 German and 1 Italian armour, 1 German and 1 Italian Mechanized and 23 German Corps. I was going to post before and after screenshots, but I don't know how much interest there is in that. So instead I will just post the after shots beginning with AGN and AGC.

Finland. This is actually the before screenshot, but since I didn't move anything it really doesn't matter. The Russian air force did bomb his Finish units though.

I decided to invade Algiers to conquer French North Africa. I am not sure if this was the right decision or not. The circled air strikes are the Russians bombing the Finns.

I attack in Egypt as well. I take far more casualties than him and there is some risk that he will counterattack. If he can retreat both of my units he will destroy one of them. But I think the odds are in my favour.

My UK convoy escort tech advance to the 42 level as 4 MS are sunk and 2 U-Boats are hit. What I don't understand is why my Production screen says I only need 141 MS to carry all my resources and oil, I know I need a lot more than that. Can anyone explain this to me? EDIT: OK I think I figured it out. I always thought that the "In Use" column was telling me how many MS I needed to carry all of my resources and oil; but what it is telling me is how many MS I was using this last turn (which in my case was all of them). But since 4 of them were sunk only 137 were actually used. Is that right? If so, then it would be nice to know how many MS are needed to move all my resources and oil.
In any event, UK production is hurting; a direct consequence of the All-In Strategy.

The Italian Navy sorties near Tunisia and my carriers give it a bloddy nose.
