Its not a notebook replacement. You're clouding the issue. I ran CMO in its early days on a Dell Venue with win8.1. Had 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. Had an Atom processor. It could run Op Brass Drum 1:1.

Edit: got the wrong tablet name. btw, there are a couple threads about running on 8" windows tablets if you search Venue.
