AG North Turn 10

Despite the weather and Russian resistance 18th Armee crosses The narva River in force, 4th Pz takes Novgorod and pushes forward.

further south 16th Armee makes steady ground on wide front, further south 9th Armee with elements of 3rd Pz cut off Soviet troops in the Toropets and Andreapol area.

9th Armee then takes up positions in front of 3rd Pz.

AG Centre Turn 10

In this sector both 2nd and 3rd Pz combine to trap Russian Armour while the Inf Armee's keep pushing forward on a wide front.

More POW's head to captivity as Ostheer has almost past through the Marshes.

Bryansk is now within sight.

Weather is also slowing us down here along with steady arrival of Russian reinforcements.

AG South Turn 10

The pockets are all but cleared and attacks on Odessa continue, further East 11th Arnee takes Kherson and encircles Nikolaev.

Russian forces fall back as the weather is still good movement is not hindered.

Odessa resists defiantly given the fact they are facing overwhelming numbers.

I have to break through soon as the weather will turn here in the coming weeks.

Supply Turn 10

The supply situation for the Armee is fine but for the Air force its a different story.

I need to use some ground support attacks and also Air units moved forward.

Losses Turn 10

Another decent haul of POW's this turn, almost at the 2 million mark.

Our losses were quite high in particular our AFV's.

This was of course from launching attacks against Odessa.

Air losses Turn 10

Had some serious losses this week all across the from but mainly in the South.

The Air Defenders at Odessa put up heavy resistance, and I cant completely isolate the sea routes to the City.

We are still maintaining our numbers in most areas but the Russians keep throwing up walls as there reinforcements continue to arrive.

Things are still on schedule for the most part.

Shorten you Baltic shipping lines by running freight only from Danzig and/or Konberg. Without being able to see your rail net, also consider only shipping to Riga, Parnu and/or Talinnin.

AGN Turn 11

4th Pz continues its drive towards Lake Ladoga as 18th Armee moves against The Oranienbaum Fortress.

Further South 9th, 16th and elements of 3rd Pz encircle a small pocket.

The terrain is getting tougher as the units move through heavy forrests

AG Centre Turn 11

Its the last days of August and I am still some ways to Moscow both Pz Armee's pocket Red Army troops.

Kursk and Orel seem a million miles away looking at the map with the weather hindering my movements not to mention stubborn resistance by The soviets.

Supply lines are getting further away, which is not helping.

AG North Turn 11

Preparations for the attack on Odessa continue as the Russian pockets are destroyed in central Ukraine.

But once again another wall appears in front of 1st Pz still the terrain is better here than in the North.

11th Armee edges closes to the gates of The Crimea.

Russian losses remain steady, almost at the 2 million mark for POW's.

But its getting harder now to make those big pockets as The Russian forces thin out over the map.

The Red Army continues to decline as the pockets mount and there forces go into captivity.

My Army is still well over 3 million.

AG North Turn 12
Another pocket is formed close to The fortress in front of Leningrad, still huge amounts of enemy troops here to clear to reach the city.

Further South 16th Armee maintains pressure on the Red Army as it moves into the hills to take up defensive positions for the winter period.
