And thank you, Geoff, for sharing these awesome pictures. Made my morning joyful. And that is a great change. Thank you.

And one of the pictures goes straight to my desktop background.

Any new, or old, bird pictures to share? Please.

Edit: Or perhaps something you have been pondering on?

Being updated on the misery of life might be a good thing. However, one reason that I play games, and visit this forum is to focus of the nice things in life.

Anyway. Thank you for your input. Always nice to see other ponderings.

I do not know why? Is it a riddle? Is it that the area is closed to the public?

The local police were called, the man explained himself, and the police wished him a nice day.

I mean why complain about a man wearing nothing but a pink tutu while walking around on the snow?

Well, I called the police once when I saw a man bashing his head repeatedly into a brick wall. The dispatchers response was asking me what I thought they should do about it. I do not recall what I answered, but I do recall that I thought that someone should check up on him if everything was ok. And I do recall thinking that if a man fights with a brick wall, there is no way that I am going to volunteer myself as an alternative target.

My point is this. Maybe they wanted someone to check that everything is ok with that man standing barefoot in the snow. I think I would have done so myself if I seen it.

Although, nowdays, I am not so sure that I would. I know I would have done so in the past. But not any longer.

No. I am not interested in why. If I been there I might have asked to see if everything was ok. And then I might have become interested by the answer. But as it is it is sorted into the category "Do not care, not interested, do not want to know".

Thank you for the picture though. :)

Any winter pictures you've taken recently, with birds, cats, dogs, or other thingies, you would like to share?

I've been pondering on how many scouts should be deployed. Can there be to many? This, of course, depends on a lot of other factors. Anyone has any formulas for it? Or a thumb rule? Or something?

In military history I know a lot of instances where to few scouts have had a big negative impact. But I am not sure if I ever heard that having to many scouts deployed have had a big negative impact (or even a minor negative effect). Anyone has any such historical examples?

You can't have too many Scouts unless they are seen when they should be hidden. But that could also be used to deceive the enemy as well. It also depends upon the definition of scouts since infantry as skirmishers* can also be used as scouts

If you really want to ponder about something, there was a person invited on Facebook to enter a competition since there were too few competitors. :( That person :o won, then won :o the next level and so on until that person could win no more. 8-) Something that individual apparently had not planned on. On a side note, that person could look into my mouth at any time . . . ;)

For more information, just ask!

Only thing to ponder on is why "Murricans" drive on parkways and park on driveways...
