1/ I prefer the cities with grey inside the circle. Like this, I see them better under rain or snow.

Personaly, I prefer the old one. 3D is a little too pronounced compared to the Open terrain I think. And what is sure is that I don't like your new convoy icon. Do you plan to have several variations? So that one can keep this or this.

Making a good merchant marine icon is so hard. It needs to be small, because otherwise it will clutter the map. However, due to it needing to be so small, all detail is lost.

Also the engine kind of messes it up, depending on the zoom level en movement. At least on my machine.

Ok, fortifications. Any suggestions? Examples from other games that you think got it right? Lemme know, and I will see what I can do.

Why don't you reuse the minefield icon to add a bunker inside the blue circle? Perhaps not a blue circle anymore but a brown one. And perhaps a bigger circle can do the trick.

All right so I work a little my idea about a bunker for Coastal Defense and here is what I think would be nice. I just replaced the Coastal Defense graphic with a bunker inside a brown circle. Here is the idea.

Excellent, your Coastal Defense is nice. I like it.

Regarding flak, I prefer something more generic. A flak 88 is London is strange... And there is lot of brown between the flak, the production and the city. I prefer your previous generic flak icon.

By the way, there is no risk of overlapping between flak and coastal defense in one hex? Since you have moved the flak on the left side instead of keeping it centered.

While we are at fortifications, your fortifications lines are too big. This is not the China wall.
