David, nothing has changed...[:(]

If I go to store and choose whatever country (i.e. "USA, "European Union" or "Other Country") and then select WitP and press "Add to Cart" I get:

I (and I think all others) were never able to get to place where we can even enter our credit card data.

The DigitalRiver dumps us off immediately...

2ndACR,
ORIGINAL: 2ndACR
The one that ordered on the 3rd and got it on the 6 or 7 was in Seattle.
To me that says it was burned on the 3rd or 4th. Go figure.

I have been trying to account for the holiday, but seeing some across the country
get it even after I ordered it on the 1st is annoying as heck.

I am trying to account for the holiday, my patience is still here. No fingernails left though.
My ranting will not start in ernest until Thurs or Friday.

I would just like to know if they dropped it in the mail yet, but
order status doesn't tell you that bit of info. It just says complete.
Even though I have not done a DD etc.

We agree that there should be notification and we're working to get that to happen. I just think it's worth pointing out that to date, while CDs may not be arriving as soon as our customers would like them to (and I do understand that feeling, I've watched my own mailbox many a time), as far as I've been able to trace they've been arriving within the promised time, which is the benchmark we really have to check against. As I said, we're working with Digital River to improve feedback and information to the customer on a variety of issues at each step in the process. Thanks for your help.

Regards,

- Erik

Yes it finally seems to be working, though I personally won't be completing the download these days as I am on the vacation, on a laptop behind slow modem link.

Anyway, thanks for your efforts David and Matrix, though I'd still expect faster reaction from DR, them being "e-business web store" provider and whatnot. [8|]

I hope we all learned something from this experience, and now lets get to what it's all about - playing the GAME [:D] [&o]
