Commonwealth forces on the Hong Kong Peninsula:
Garth;

This map was recovered from a Japanese Major killed in an attack on the Shing Mun fortifications. I have annotated in blue from the Japanese instructions. I am alarmed by the accuracy of their intellignece. We need to finalize the plans for an orderly withdrawal across the Harbour. At this pace of losses, the Gin Drinkers Line can only hold a few more days.
