Remember that GF1.0 is an Application, but Wife 1.0 is an Operating System. Once fully istalled it requires very expensive Lawyer 6.0 to remove, and will consume most of your system resources.

Steve.
I tend think of GF 1.x as more of a GUI, ad agree that Wife 1.x is really the Operating System.

Much like Windows and DOS...

{Would that make Mistress 1.x more like a compiler?}

GF 1.x has a nice GUI, but once upgraded to WF 1.0, the GUI stops working and the command line becomes the default interface. The GUI is still there but requires massive resources to run.

Mistress 1.x is a virus. It will hide until WF 1.0 runs, then will show up and cause Lawyer 6.0 to be automatically downloaded and installed. Once that happens, it reformats and wipes the entire system, leaving you with a single program: Squat 0.5Beta.

Nemo is my GF unit's favorite movie. I've been trying to find her a stuffed "Seagull" from it. (she already has received "Dory"......it reminded me of the GF mark I unit for some reason)

Love the seagulls....reminds me of our dogs when Pizza gets delivered.....MINE?

Heh. I remember I went and got some BBQ ribs for dinner, and the whole time my 2 year old lab stared at me with his brown eyes like "where is mine?" So I had to give him a little piece.... and then he stared at me like "Why am I not getting any more?"

lol...with our two its

Black labador: (Otherwise know as "Big Black Dog" (100lb's of him)) An intensive look errily similar to that of a velociraptor.....right down to the quick bird like neck movements as hand reaches from pizza box to mouth

Yellow/cream Labador/pitbull/?? mix (otherwise known as "little yellow dog" or alternatively "god-&*(&! f'in dog when he raids the garbage can)) goes with the poor wittle ol' me pose tossed in with a look of confusion that also seems to say...."where's my piece?!"

Then there's the cat...(otherwise known as "stupid cat") which just sits there.....being stupid. (that is when he's not feasting on my stereo headset wires.....))

I know exactly what you mean. Mine is a brown lab mix, weighs 73lbs... and since when he was a little puppy he would always sleep in my lap.... he thinks he is still a lap dog. And if he sees food, we will slowly inch forward, until he can get his head in your plate (or pizza box).
