The names are located in the tables Name_First and Name_Last in the main database. If you don't like some of the names, you can remove them from these tables and they won't be used (I removed all surnames with more than 10 letters, as the limit for names on the jersey is 10. [:)]). My guess is that David got the lists from a site like: http://www.census.gov/genealogy/www/freqnames.html.
