Yep, but doesn't the in-game VP screen make more sense in this respect?

Your end game has been superb, especially given your earlier fears of not even making 1945.

From the manual in regards of victory conditions;
Major Soviet Victory - If Germany surrenders between 1/1/45 and 5/31/45.
Minor Soviet Victory - If Germany surrenders between 6/30/45 and 9/30/45.

What happens if I surrender between 6/1/45 and 6/29/45 (or 1/6/45 and 29/6/45 which ofc makes more sense for us Europeans [:D]).
Do I win? [:D]

Terje
You are playing the 260 scenario, so the window for a major Soviet victory has already passed (ended 30 March 45). The minor victory windows ends 30 June.

That is because all I had to do was dig in and remain quiet [:D]

Turn 207

Overall
The USSR hammers us from all directions, but we still hold a line somehow. We also counterattack in a few places, and in the SE we withdraw behind a river to free up three divisions.
69 USSR attacks ended with 47 helds, 1 scouted and 21 retreats, while our 6 attacks gave 1 held and 5 retreats.

Losses
FUBAR. Too bad, would have liked to see the losses for this turn, I would wager that the USSR lost nigh on 200k troops this turn.

Axis units destroyed
None.

German units disbanded
8 Fortified Zones.

German Pools
Manpower : 178.915 (yet a lot of my divs are near depleted. It is not like those recruits have to travel FAR anymore [:D])
Vehicles : 173.295
Armaments : 0
Hiwi : 589

There is still an opening for the Anglo-Americans to get through. [:D]

As much as you struggle on the offensive side, your skills in rebuilding and holding lines in the late-game is pretty impressive. Rooting for you to hold out another month.

yep, you are managing a pretty awesome end game ... wonder if your replacements are desparate to join the units where it appears to be safer - so they march to one corner, and think 'nah, lets try over there' and so on?

Turn 208

Overall
Seems the USSR wants to pocket "all" of Germany. Well, that will take them another turn atleast, and for now we keep fighting. The losses are rather heavy, with the USSR air force showing its weaknesses once more.
61 USSR attacks ended with 38 helds, 20 retreats, 2 routs and 1 surrender, while our 6 attacks all gave a retreat.

Losses
USSR : 75.000 troops, 1.592 guns, 707 AFVs, 1.899 AC.
Axis : 60.000 troops, 1.406 guns, 240 AFVs, 167 AC.

Axis units destroyed
349th Volksgrenadier Division.

German units disbanded
11 Fortified Zones, we also merged the 30th, 46th, 264th, 377th and 442nd Inf.Divs into other divisions as they were reduced to brigade size in terms of troops.

German Pools
Manpower : 215.979 (come on lads, march out of the city and you ARE in the frontline...)
Vehicles : 173.954 (Opel, Mercedes and MAN still producing at full capacity)
Armaments : 0
Hiwi : 792

not sure of the mechanics but would losing the west map edge put you out of supply?

Or is your opponent simply trying to reduce the space you have - hindering redeployment and converting retreats to routs and surrenders?

--- and oh for that manpower pool when you were struggling in 1943 [;)]

Unless memory serves me incorrectly, my last supply source is the city beneath the purple 13=87 Pz.Div stack
