Nope, just fulfilling a promise. 90% of the major bugs have been quashed, so now I re-awaken this argument again.

Yeah, why would this be trolling? Its definitively something that needs to be adressed.
The era of procrastination, of half-measures, of soothing and baffling expedients, of delays, is coming to a close.
In its place we are entering a period of consequences..

If only to add to the DOA list on the 1.4 patch features list (NOT proposing DOA just saying designers should make up minds and ease our pain)

BTW 1 - where is the 1.4 features suggestion list rather than OOB fixes list?

BTW 2 - where are all the screen shots of 1944 where Japanese players are stuffed with unflyable aircraft in pools?

I honestly dont think there are any players who want to spend several months playing the official scenario to find themselves in that position. That is why most people play lemurs and other mods.

That SHOULD be a gigantic wakeupcall for the designers.

1944? If I reach 1943 before I break off and play Tankerace's WPO I'll be very surprised! (Currently I'm in May 1942 after letting the computer play itself until the middle of April.)

Hehehe, thanks for the compliment.

I think the Japanese thing should be fixed. If I were playing as the Japanese in '44, I'd want top notch fighters defending Tokyo, while I plow my old pieces of junk into US flattops. Just my .02.

I think most of us want to know what decisions is made from deverloper about this topic. Say really, this production system was not my expected from Gary's games. If their next game War in Russia is the same, I really not to buy it (i have all Gary's games). How to expect I have 500 panther in pool but can't use in my panzer division....

And, wargames is military SIMULATION. We are not watching history book or movie (even history books can't describe the history in real). If we all need follow what histroy did, why not restrict our strategy decisions in game also?
