Kalinin's turns.

Swamp hex attacked with one side no river.

Germans have done no recon of this area for months.

Having moved zoc next to Engels, I contemplate a suicide run to cut the rr which comes from much further south.

Upon study the distance is maybe one hex to great to where the rr splits to go north or south.

A hex to far. If only I had paratroops to use. Or the know how to use them.

I only have one airborne brigade left

121 LAST CLEAR Final

I move closer far south. Really it has no meaning and these units will most likely be retreated last mud turn.

Saratov

I move close to German units. I assume mud will come next turn plus now I have Engals under zoc and rr will not pass

121 LAST CLEAR Final

Saratov and to the west.

Will an attack by German in mud work?

There is a good chance if the history of this campaign continues.

North Moscow. My early thrust , if held, will cause headaches for Sillyflower.

I will dig in and push in all good units to hold these north Moscow area hexes.!!

How is the oil/fuel situation with the south lost?

Do you still produce more than you use each turn?
Well done at Moscow, looks like silly didnt saw that coming.

I posted a oil/fuel production and weekly report a few panels ago.

Oil seems sufficient atm. But I'm no expert.

He has flown zero recon except for the Saratov area.

RE: MUD

Somehow, during these last attacks, I have located his strong 2 SS tank divisions. and 1 turn later I found another just west of Penza breakthrough,

I will moves tank corp from far north (5th shock corp but is comprised 5 tank corps) south. Maybe near Penza.

And as for this German mud tank attack. Over 1400 (mud ready) German AFV. Must have been real big reason they wanted the hex.[:-]

Here the Luftwaffe flies unopposed to resupply the trapped tanks.

Interdiction.

Is that in the manual?
