While the French and British do their thang, the Soviets continue to plough their own furrow. Soviet troops, restricted by the neutrals requirement to do combined, continue to move around their new found Persian territory in an impressive sort of line-dancing formation that is totally ruined by Zhukov. Stalin is not impressed.

Elsewhere, as per the secret protocols in the Nazi-Soviet pact, the Soviets move into Eastern Poland and claim this territory. Quelle surprise - the Americans are not impressed. Is Roosevelt a Nazi in this game or what? [:D]

At the French GHQ the general staff work long into the night in a bid to come up with a snappy operation name that rolls off the tongue. After 6 hours this is the best they can achieve.....[8|]

Operation Desperate bid to save selected European capitals from falling under the Nazi jackboot by means of sacrificing certain units to delay the enemy and then pray for blizzard.

The first part of the plan sees the crack Prusy army head for southeast Warsawsville

Meanwhile the French decide to fight to the last Briton and order the 11th Motorised Corps to southwest of the capital. The remaining French units in the north head to Paris too. Sadly the 3-5 moves to pretty useless territory purely to get the three out of supply units in the forest safely over the river.

The French make a bold decision to try and protect the fleet. If the weather remains Fine the Italians will simply use this to take Toulouse but I am just playing the % here.

Yes. Stockholm needs to be protected at all costs but the situation is far from desperate. 1st Ski Division has not even been deployed yet. [;)]

What are the USSR up to? Already more than enough to take Iraq and Syria if needed. What about Finland and defend against the Germans?

Who said anything about Iraq and Syria? [&:]

Anyway, the Soviets know what they are doing, they have Tuchashevsky in charge....no wait... didn't Stalin get rid of him? We have Voroshilov, Budenny and Timoshenko - all will be well....

Never mind.
