You have destroyed a LOT of aircraft on the ground at Rabaul! I wonder if the idiot AI is flying in replacements to a heavily damage runway and making more damaged aircraft for your bombers to attack!

Air losses were vicious on both sides. But as bonus, CV Soryu was reported sunk. That is now half of original Kido Butai gone.

Very interesting CV battle. I didn't expect Princeton and Alabama to be in such good shape considering the hits they took. Maybe your next HB raid on Truk should be a port attack to catch the KB trying to repair some damage?

I had secondary mission as Port attack, so when I ordered my TFs withdraw, they took "parting shot" and bagged CVE Hosho in port.
