Roll on the last 20 turns, Japan is so beat it is not funny in my next game one of the House Rules will be there is no winning by points. Only the capture of half of Japan before 45 will bring on my surrender. I have most of the japanese army still in Japan and supplies coming out my wazoo lots of pp to buy even more troops out of Man. I could do a britain pull in my head and sit back building for the final fight on home turf

I have started to read your AAR. It is not going to give away any secrets now. I am up to just after the carrier battle from your reports and the fact that you had a group go after AK’s instead of CV’s should have given away how hard I was hit. The other thing is 1000lb’s vs 250lb’s, 1 hit is normally more than enough to ruin a Japanese carrier’s day. As you will see from my ranting’s from there on in it was a down hill spirl to our current position.

I totally messed up the rest of the war, I did not pull back troops I should have and ended up killing a few divisions of troops for no reason. A few of the games bugs hurt me bad with a major loss of HI at one stage that I never recovered from. 12000+ pilots in the training pool sucking down major amounts of HI each month. Most of my factories failing to build anything for the entire war (only found this out when tracker started to show what was failing). Ground radar not working until the last patch. Sticky destroyers when on fast transport (lost most of my APD’s to this one) Still shit happens in war. So there is no one else to blame but myself and some rather dumb choices on my behalf.

I must say though even if I had of brought my A game I still think you would have creamed me before 45

For anybody thinking of playing AdmSpruance I would say do it. We have played for a long time now at a turn a day and he has not missed a beat. He is the most reliable PBEM I have ever had. I think we missed maybe 2 weeks worth of days since we start and 99.9% of the time they where due to xmas and family holidays.

While he has committed to the strategic bombing campaign for points, I'd stage an invasion just because I could - he's really torn you apart - and not too many allied players get the opportunity to get boots on the ground.
