Axis RTB sent.
Should I post Allied instructions for the remainder if the end of turn?

Re: Storm Clouds Gathering (4-player game)
Would you confirm please that you will be providing EOT instructions? You don't have to do them soon, I just want to make sure you aren't waiting on me.
Re: Storm Clouds Gathering (4-player game)
I am doing the end of turn instructions now. First part will be posted presently.

Trade, and initiative, depends somewhat on Vichy installation.

Re: Storm Clouds Gathering (4-player game)
Italy repaired a BB and 3 cruisers. Constructed a sub and build a garrison.
Japan built a fighter, pilot, mech, motorized div, constructed an aircraft carrier, CVP.
Germany placed Armor in Konigsberg, fighter in Nurnberg and Budapest.
Japan placed pilots in 8 CVP and a nav3.
Germany dropped the resources lent to Italy to just one.
Do the Allies have any lending changes?

Axis win the initiative and force the Allies to move first.
FYI - I placed the British garrison from Tunisia in Malta. The militia went to Gibraltar.

Re: Storm Clouds Gathering (4-player game)
I would like to provide a synopsis of how the Axis view the war at this point.
The Axis believe that the war has not gone well for the Axis. Germany's sloppy play allowed the Allies to get a strong foothold in Rotterdam. This was followed up by an equally sloppy taking of Belgium. The German player allowed the Allies to take and hold Brussels and get a US Chit for Allied support of Belgium. The Germans would have been better off waiting until Spring of 1941 instead of launching an ill-advised winter offensive into these two countries.
These mistakes not only lead to the use of two offensive chits in order to take down France, but only lucky Fall weather allowed the Germans to take down France in 1940 by the slimmest of margins. The Germans and Italy look to 1941 for better play by the Axis to hurt the Commonwealth, who stand alone among the major powers now. In my opinion, the Commonwealth put up a very valiant and meaningful assistance to the French. The Germans were hoping to inflict more losses on the Commonwealth for this impudence but again, in my opinion, were not successful. The losses suffered by the Commonwealth were minimal relative to the amount of assistance provided.
The Germans were very fortunate to have French Equatorial Africa turn Vichy. Hopefully, they can use this to their advantage.
The Japanese have done some maneuvering but have not yielded any significant gains in China. It is yet to be seen what their overall strategy is. The only thing that can be said at this point is that they don't seem to have pursued an all-out offensive strategy against China. They did not close the Burma Road and have not tried flanking the Chinese in any real significant way as some Japanese players do in the North across the Ordos Desert.

Everything OK over there?
Re: Storm Clouds Gathering (4-player game)
I have had a stomach ache for a few days with trouble sleeping. And not energized enough to do our impulse. My Allies have sent their orders to me. Going to see a doctor today so I hope to feel better soon. And hope to get to our impulse soon.

I'm afraid Orm has been hospitalized, nothing life threatening as I understand it but it may take some time before the game continues, we'll keep you updated when there is something new.
