I dont think BR20s had range for a Gibraltar attack. From what i have read only Piaggio 108 and  S 82 Cangurus were able to achive that from Italian/Sardinia bases. There was an attack in 1943 against Gibraltar by S 79 w/ torpedos but that was made from French Provence.

Dili, i've attacked Gibraltar from the Sardinia. As for "clever move" , Englander is too dumb to realise that was armed recon - i just figured where he moved CVs. Obviously he is so scaried that he withdrew his CVs back to Gibraltar (which is undertandable because he is well aware of my exceptional skills)

Pauk is a liar since 1 x Lib II was lost due to A2A today[:'(]

yes, i'm not suprised... the bombers will always get through doctrine was invented in yours country....

tipical AFB approach....phew.... Axis doesn't need stinkin bombers....

i'm very busy so i leave Speedy to post CR.... wasn't so pleasing turn for AxFBs....

Pauk to Speedy:
if you wonder why i moved surface TF closer to Tobruk, well, the original plan was bombard tobruk by day... I set good distance (12 hexes) from tobruk but this TF moved only 6...grrrrr.....!!!!!!!
