and here is the information screen......you can see that the AA is quite good and kills more than one quarter of the total score.......many of the damaged A/C also crashed into the sea.....

8/24/40
Big change of strategy and tactics by the Hun - he still recce´s my RADAR sites and A/Fs......but he starts now heavy attacks on my oil industry with day and night attacks....he is also protecting his raids with tons of escorts.......here a picture of the biggest daylight raid....

Because of his "better" protected/escorted tactic, my boys have to fight through the escort screen......and we manage to kill a bunch of Emils

and here the few bombing missions he was able to manage - I guess that 40% of his bomber units are well below 50% of their established unit size [8D]

8/25/40

good weather and a quite high radio chatter count - this may be a big day!

Because most of the Home Chain is down I have assigned several Sqns to patrol work - we will try to keep the assigned units in the air with sections as long as possible - I need to preserve my forces.

The enemy starts with a bunch of recce missions and several low level raids against coastal targets (mainly Radar sites - as far as I can tell).
I tried to intercept this raids.....aginst most of them I was to late - but I was able to hit two of them hard!

Later the main raids to some industrial sites near London were detected far to late for any pre-bombing interceptions.....I had to let the first raid go unharmed.

But the second raid was not that lucky!

And my boys are very lucky while hitting this raid - The enemy fighters do not real seem to happy to go between my interceptors and his bombers......maybe they are low on morale or maybe Kevin made a mistake with the escorts [8D]

During the rest of the day the Germans flew several more low level raids - of which only one was intercepted in Scottland.
In the night German night bombers attacked two OILS east of London - the bombers were detected only when the bombs begun to fall [:(]

Overall it was a good day for Fighter Command - only 1 A/C and pilot lost!

Anything damaged beyond 50 is virtually useless for any defence works - because there are no repairs on damaged A/C and the morale goes down fast!

Most of the interception work is done by my Hurricane Squadrons.
Here is a picture after I moved some 90+ morale units to the South and some below 60 units back to the North ( 2 Spitfire units).

You can see that some units still have not seen any battle - but I will only use them if they have a high morale or if some raids stray close enough to those airbases.

8/26/40

Once again a very busy day for the FC.....Kevin changes once again his tactics and flew scores of small night bombing raids and a few bigger daylight raids.

Losses for the Germans were bad.....and FC still grows stronger!

here some of his raids - tactical raids were mostly day light and all the industrial stuff (ARM, CFAC, AFAC and RUBBER) were bombed during the night!

Some of my industries are going close to the critical limit!
