Speaking of monitors here's some Finnish ones. The first is one they supposedly captured from the Soviets.

Sorry guys but I can't resist: city (& port) correct name is Genova. Genoa is the local football team. [8|]

Not a clue what ship that is.

Two Finnish Coastal Defence ships where pretty much similar in outlook, those latter pictures.

Depends on the language you are speaking. Genoa in English, Genova in Italian?

Yes we know. Venezia, Livorno, Milano, Roma, Napoli, Turino, Baloney [sik][sic]. Just don't say Vienna (Wien, pronounced 'veen'). You may however continue to pronounce Worcester Wooster, Leicester Lester, New Orleans Nawlins,
Burma Shave 'Burma Shave', Espania Spain. You get my point.

So, you play a game of poker with Sue and Honey. Honey decides not to ante and Sue loses. Who must pay you? Not Magyar but Suomi.

I love Livorno! Nice sea, nice girls, nice ponci (rum & cognac) and nice cinque-e-cinque (col pepe ma senza melanzane).

What you say? I live there? Oh, yes, I live here [:D]

Because you were so passionate about Livorno I read up on it. And reading about it made me want to visit the Livorno. It seems to be a truly wonderful city with beautiful surroundings. [:)]

And the rum & cognac is a nice bonus. [:D]
