I'm a bit curious about these messages, both in terms of the 3 divisions being stood down twice (dupe message, or was a 2nd corp supposed to be notified too); along with the intended impact. Freezing out 3 of ~18 divs while letting the rest go across the old stop lines fairly limited as a way to hold the Finns back; and arguably leaves the Finns in a worse position later in the war if the Axis barely manages to take Lenningrad but otherwise has a mostly historical level of advance. With the stop line already a house rule I'd've been tempted to just add a second requiring the Finns to park divisions in X, Y, and Z as garrisons unless/until they were threatened with imminent recapture by the Soviets.
