Hi Artur,

as this looks awesome i wanted to try it out. Unfortunately I'm getting an error when i run it with my save files. Hope you can point me in the right direction.


Game: steam version, up to date
Mods: COREd Wite 1.2, aRainyDayInRussia (map mod)
Java: Version 8 Update 241 (should be up to date)
OS: Win10 Pro

Any idea why it won't work?

Hi Abbe,

Could you send me your csv file? I think you used "Stats (Turn 001 1941-06-22 Ax).csv" - the last one mentioned in the attached screenshot. I would like to try to reproduce this error on my computer.

Abbe,
You should also have some log files in logs sudirectory. This subdirectory should be located in the same folder as JAR file you are using. Could you send me those files too ? (I need log files with creation/modification dates corresponding to the day when you experienced this error)

I suppose that you participate in beta and already have 1.12.03 version of WITE ?

It seems that the format of the report changed a little (section with leaders' data used to have AH symbol, now it has DH). Also information about enemy units is available in your report (Morvael added it a while ago). I changed code a bit so it shows enemies in appropriate color.

Could you try it and tell me if it works OK for you now?

Yes, it was changed because there was conflict (two items used the same header).
Enhanced data exported to CSV file from Commander’s Report screen:
* Added offensive (Atk) and defensive (Def) CV, Max TOE, TOE Id, and TOE Name information to unit data. For air bases offensive CV represents total number of aircraft, defensive CV represents number of ready aircraft. Added visible information about enemy units.
* Added aircraft range, group range (0 means no limit), night mission, upgrade, and replacement information to air group data. Added visible information about enemy air groups.
* Added controlling player information to city data. Added visible information about enemy cities.
* Added factory data (row identifiers FH/F).
* Leader rows identifiers changed from AH/A to DH/D to remove conflict with aircraft row identifiers.
* Added visible information about enemy ground elements.
* Added visible information about enemy aircraft.
* Added battle data (row identifiers BH/B).

Thanks for detailed explanation, Morvael.

I fixed colors of enemy units so now you can see both sides of conflict on the map.

Hi Artur,

thanks for the feedback. I should have mentioned that earlier, but you are correct, I do use the latest beta. The new version however does not help with my error.

I will tomorrow try to roll back to the official version and report if that changes anything.

I checked again: downloaded generator (jar) from the link I gave you, downloaded your CSV report again - and it just works OK.

Maybe you could try https://www.dropbox.com/s/9jzxbzn53d1r8 ... T.jar?dl=0
It has no fixes, only some changes to logging. Then you can send your logs so I can analyze it.

It seems that program can't find a folder with stats files. Could you send me your conf.properties file if it exists in a folder with WiteStaffMap.jar?

great too, but i am using 0.12.4 and i cant get both sides(Germans and Soviets) plotted in the same graph?any hint? maybe 0.1.2.4 was further updated?

if you play Germany(human) against AI(Soviet), the only way to get the Soviet data, is logging as Soviet each turn too, and export data?

thanks for your reply.Now I use 0.1.2.2 instead of 0.1.2.4 and it does not only print both sides but also the icons are smaller and they do not overlap. Honestly, I dont know what was the improvement for 0.1.2.4, thanks again for your support and for making this tool available.

Thanks for reporting the problem with 0.1.2.4
Improvements should be:
- Enemy HQs shown on map (ver. 1.2.3)
- Enemy combat units shown on map (ver. 1.2.4)
but it's possible that I mixed up something. I will take a look at this.
