While waiting for another turn from my opponent I was able to make 5 day trip to Russia. Unfortunately Soviets won't join the war at this point.

Nice defence at Palembang! His troops will be highly disrupted and likely short on supply. Unless he still has a lot of them on ships to unload next turn he is vulnerable to counterattack. Since it looks like most of his transports are sunk or burning, I would take a chance and Shock Attack next turn.

I was considering to attack but both my brigades have very low exp, don't want to wreck them. For now I am good with holding Palembang.

Today I continued to attack the shipping that unloads at Palembang, Zeros are on CAP. Most of my bombers made it through without any problems but in afternoon phase the Falcon groups were mauled and one 139WH-3 group annihilated loosing all planes.
