Sorry Gross Admiral Rader, but Albert Speer convinces the man in charge (Adolf) that this money could be better spent on troops, tanks, airplanes, research ... heck anything other that wasting it on a hull of an aircraft carrier.

Turn 11. Axis. January 19, 1940. Decision Event. Graziani to Abyssinia.
My initial reaction to this one was also no. But after giving it due consideration I decided that an Italian effort in East Africa might just be the ticket to dilute British forces, effort and attention. Especially since the axis are going to make a play for Egypt and the Suez out of Libya.

Turn 11. Axis. January 19, 1940. Italy. Libya.
As the great philosopher John Myer once said:
So we keep waiting (waiting)
Waiting on the world to change
We keep on waiting (waiting)
Waiting on the world to change
In this case, Italy's building up in Eastern Libya and waiting for war to come so they can make a push for the Suez Canal.

Turn 11. Axis. January 19, 1940. Italy. French Border.
1. III corps was reinforced to full strength.
2. I'm not sure, but hoping that corps, army and two Italian air units on the French border are enough to keep the French honest in the southern France.

Turn 11. Axis. January 19, 1940. Germany. Battle of the Atlantic (1/4).
1. The RN, or possibly the French navy too, forced U-32 to silent mode, which got away with no damage.
2. As the convoy route from RSA has be interrupted (I assume because it's showing white), U-32 is put back in hunt mode and move 4-hexes west of Gibraltar to hunt for allied convoys coming out of the Med.
3. U-47 moves north along the Med to UK convoy line in order to dilute RN/French navy ASW.
