I just ambushed and sank an entire 30 ship invasion fleet outside Akyab with just a handful of RN cruisers and destroyers, March '42.  The Hermes with its 12 Albacores got in on the action, too.  Intel was very reliable leading up to this!

"The guns were so hot at the end of the action that all the paint had peeled off them."

Indeed, most of the ships systems took a lot of abuse, and are all headed home to patch up.

Feelin' pretty proud of myself.

Makes me more and more excited for our game.

5" of the white stuff on the driveway this morning. Cranked up the snowblower for the first time of the season. Always a rotator cuff workout 'convincing' the beast to turn over after a (short) summer off.

Well, ok, once again someone says 'hey, lets do something nice for Michael, and once again, the usual suspects start whining about paypal and currency conversions so they can pretend to be supportive, but get totally off the hook by playing the silly little computer geek.

Think I have a good way to get something deserving to Michael that avoids the whole 12 year old tinkle te, he, he, he thing.

I nominated Bill Olson (wdolson) to be the 'designated depositor'. Don't know if he'll do it or not. Hope he does. But if he don't, is there someone else with a hand up? I can't. I'm too controversial for the normals to trust me. And trust is implicit in this.

If anyone (including Bill) volunteers, I won't leave you dangling in the wilderness. I do a lot of international business and can help with accounts and such. Can also bury any little pissant, that wants to play whoops a daisy with international monetary transfers, under their respective national jails.

So it's a no risk enterprise. If Bill don't want to do it, and one of ya'll do, I would be pleased to back you up so you don't get caught short.

I had to put on shorts and a tshirt to string some Christmas lights up in the tree in our front yard. [:D]

Good morning all. Had to set the alarm pretty much for the first time in 3 months. Off to work today.

Had to shave too. [8|]

Ah well, my preparation of turn 1 is going to slow down drastically.....
