I attack south of VV . this was a second attack to dislodge

North Moscow

I launch attack from 5 sides. This is the second of 2 large attacks.

I begin my rescue efforts

They retreat and I resupply. Trapped tank units did not recover good mp nor cv.

Here the Germans did a very orderly retreat back towards supply

I push aside the Rumanian just south on Engles.

Probing south as I would have thought west side of major river(even though frozen) would have some forts.

Seems thin down here.

NO pictures but I attack west just south of Saratov which results in large German pocket cut off from supply.

I ponder what to do next around here. I go for cleaner front and smash into the rough hex

I only had fire power left to attack this hex.

Some out there may say not smart and should have left in pocket. Let the debate begin . I might be wrong.
