Empire:  The twitching and speaking in tongues is over.  I have my fix and I'm back in my commando chair.  With a big ahhhhh smile on my face, yea thats it.

Kurt I am happy with 1 turn aday two would be great.  Koniu is a great opponent and is very reliable.  So I will take what I can get.
 
KB is heading back to Truk or so it looks. 
 
I don't have much to mess with.  A lot of my ships are either transporting troops or supplies or repairing for the next ops.
 
I am going to take my time and look at everything and see if I can do something.

While I was sleeping, I came up with a nice idea.  I am going to fly in some engs to sawoe-eilanden an island to the north east of Roti.  I will build an AF just before lvl 1 then stop and fly in some AV support and right before the invaion of Koepang, I will build it to one and fly in some fighter to cover the landing. Subs will transport supplies to the base.
 
I am going to bring in some bombers to Wotje and/or Maloelap to bomb Roi-namur.  I have to shut down that AF. 
 
I am also training up some fighter pilots in LowNav.  I will put them in some P39s and send them to Coco's.  I have 8 trained at 66 or above in LowNav.  I am training more as we speak.

Looks like a bombardment will happen soon.  Cats have spotted a BB TF moving that way.  Bettys come and bomb the island.  3 are lost to ops and flak.

Wotje
DMS's are shot out by our subs, no hits.  They are now in the coastal waters off the island.  I expect the CD guns to start shooting next turn.  I hope.
 
Maloelap
Sweeps by Zeros and Tojos and an escorted Helen strike on our AF.  We shoot down 8 Zeros and 4 Tojos.  We lose 4 P40Ks, 2 P40Es, 3 P39s, and 2 Kittyhawks in A2A.  With another 4 Warhawks destroyed on the ground.  There were some ops and flak loses on the Jap side.  We were just about even in loses today.  AF is now closed. 
 
Roi Namur
I am going to try and bring my CVs around and sweep Roi.

Koni sends Helens escorted by Zeros after my CV TF.  They get slaughtered.  15 Helens are sent out and none return.  28 A6m3a's are lost.  14 Wildcats are lost on our side.  I forgot one sqd of SBDs and they flew a ground strike mission unescorted and got mauled 12 lost.   This should stop some missions in the area for a few days.  I see 2 subs around Wotje.  I have some APDs dropping off some supplies tonite maybe they will smack one of the subs around.  Carriers will stay in the area.  I have 12k plus of supplies 2 days out so they will fly top cover.

One thing I make a habit of is to check "pilots and groups" in WitP Tracker. Set the mission for ground attack and then naval attack to make sure the mission that are going out are the ones you want ... Always one check before sending out the turn ...

Off Wotje
Bettys and Nells escorted by Zeros attack US CV TF.  Our CAP does wonders.  After two engagements the Japs were sent home with their tails tucked between their legs.  51 A6m3a's, 11 A6m2's, 19 Bettys, 14 Nells were lost for 6 Wildcats, 9 SBD's, and 4 Avengers.  US CV's launch 2 airstrikes on a BB SAG at Wotje.  BB Kongo eats 2 TTs and 4 1000lber's and is reported to be on fire with heavy damage,  BB Haruna eats 1 TT and 4 1000lber's and is reported to be on fire.  CA led SAG will run into the area and hopefully engage this wounded ships. I am thinking of pulling out the CVs. Ent is almost out of TTs.

Koniu has lost around 80 A6m3a's in 2 days.  In all he has lost 140 AC in 2 days.  Whoa thats got to hurt.  I am going to pull my CVs back to fix some sys damage and replenish its air wings.  I am still sending in the CA's to try and intercept his BB SAG.  Two BBs are hurt so hopefully they will slow the TF down.  I doubt Koniu will do any more bombings soon.  So maybe I can get some things done.  Lets see what happens.  Stay tuned.

2 TF's are spotted at Koepang.  MKB is north of it.  I will have to sweep with P38s to see whats flying around here.  Hudson LRs will night bomb with some B26's.
