The low US entry (not do many chits drawn) gives the Axis more options and limits Allies choices. Any comments? Any one seen the effects before? So early in the game with many possible hits missed. The US may enter very late.

No declarations of war.

Land: China
Combined: USSR, USA
Naval: CW, Free France

No Port Strikes. No naval air.

CW send a few convoy points to Cape St Vincent. Plenty of convoy escorts leave port. One transporter loaded with a motorized corps return to Plymouth, from the North Sea, escorted by one cruiser.

Home Fleet sail to Bay of Biscay where a carrier fleet from Gibraltar join up. A loaded transporter, escorted by two battleships, also sail to Bay of Biscay from Gibraltar.

Allies do not initiate any combat. Does Italy do so in the Bay of Biscay?

Yes. And that should be the penalty for Axis being naughty. [:D]

Well as I see it, the US can't make all normal choices if the time tables is going to hold for US entry.
Some of the below are needed to be skipped. Its for the Allies to figure out what to leave and for the Axis to try to take advantage of it.

China: US Entry options 1, 9, 17, and 24
Commonwealth and France: 4, 15, 16, 25, and 27
Atlantic convoys: 7, 11, 20, 29, 32, 38, 44, and 50
USSR: 19 and 30
Japan: 13, 23, 26, 31, 36, 40, 41, and 43
Americas: 33 and 48
Production: 22, 28, 34, and 46

The Italian submarines search for the Allied forces but are found by British carrier planes. (Axis roll 4 and Allies 1)

Which submarine will suffer the X result?

I am sorry. I must be really tired. I forgot that it was naval air combat so CW selects the first target. [:(]
