Let me know when you get something credible O'Brien.

The only conspiracy for 9/11 was the one by Osama's brood to do it.
Bald-faced lie of the eon. What are your sources and what makes them credible?

I have been watching the latest series of Miss Marple. I must say I am very partial to the quality 2-hour crime dramas put on by ITV. Does anyone else like these? specifically:

- Morse
- Lewis
- A Touch of Frost
- Miss Marple
- Endeavour

I've seen the Miss Marple movies (Angela Landsbury/Helen Hayes.)

More of a Jesse Stone fan (played by Tom Selleck) myself.

English quality series, superbly acted, and I really liked the actor who played Frost... but I find it also a bit ... s-l-o-w, almost boring really. (sorry).
Then again maybe I'm still hooked to Miami Vice LOL or Magnum for that matter. Speaking of.. Aurealian you're right; Tom does a great job playing Jesse Stone.

Went with the kiddos to see "Despicable Me 2" in 3D this weekend. Kids had a great time and enjoyed it. There were some good adult chuckles in it too. Recommended.

Saw this today. What a nice - and funny - family film [:)] If you liked the first one, with its mix of black comedy and feel good sloppiness, then you will love the sequel too [:)].

Most likely influenced by the surface combat thread.

The evening movie is "In Harms Way".

The Money Masters - How International Bankers Gained Control of America
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g47NGtODeVM
The Money Masters explains the history behind the current world depression and the bankers' goal of world economic control by a very small coterie of private bankers, above all governments.

"The purpose of this financial crisis is to take down the U.S. dollar as the stable datum of planetary finance and, in the midst of the resulting confusion, put in its place a Global Monetary Authority [GMA - run directly by international bankers freed of any government control] -a planetary financial control organization" -Bruce Wiseman

"Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin. The bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with the flick of the pen they will create enough deposits to buy it back again. However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But, if you wish to remain the slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create money." -- Sir Josiah Stamp, Director of the Bank of England (appointed 1928). Reputed to be the 2nd wealthiest man in England at that time.
