Have you ever read the Forrest Gump books? The movies only scratch the surface...and are PG rated...lol.

Anyway, one part in the books, he was selling encyclopedias door to door. One home contained a woman who wanted to buy more than encyclopedias. After going to the bedroom and getting busy, Forrest was thirsty so he found a New Coke in the fridge...it tasted like $%^&. So, he went through the cabinets finding stuff to put in it to make it taste good.

About that time, the man of the house arrives home and is understandably upset about what was going on at his house while he was at work. He was already upset about things going on at work which made it worse. When he tastes the Coke Forrest had been drinking, he stops and asks how he made it taste good. Forrest said he didn't remember what he put in it.

Turns out, the guy is a Coca-Cola executive about to lose his job over the New Coke fiasco. They end up taking him to Coca-Cola headquarters and sitting him in a duplicate of the guys kitchen at home and trying to get Forrest to duplicate what he did to it to make it taste good...lol

Humphrey went to an early grave, probably from cirrhosis of the liver or lung cancer. I am not in a hurry to catch up with him!
