I have had this idea as a distant wishlist item for a long time, and it is extremely realistic.

Of course, there would be like a vote (very first vote) to determine what percentage of the regristered vote is required for decision one way or the other. 51%-100%, I always like 75%.

Example, so if you want to name the league it is put up for a vote and etc.

It would really complete if like most political votes, any one could add another voteable choices, of course up to a set number of voteable choices.[/font]
