53 man league snag.

I was tooling around with one of my old leagues and switched it over from a 45 to 53 man roster and saved the new setting.Reset and started a new season.It generated new players for each posistion,i went through the draft and training camp and none of the teams could play.

Everyone had only 45 active and 5 on injured reserve at the start.Do i need to save my new settings after reseting instead of beforehand?

The game should have saved that value as soon as you set it.. I'll check that.
 
In the mean time, resetting the league, then changing the value, should also work. As long as you've not started seasons, you should be able to change that.

IandMe, How were you able to do that? When I go to the Edit League Screen it won't let me change the Rosters to 53. I can however change the Draft Rounds to 7, But nothing else will change. I'm using the v1.3.120.

 You can't edit league rules (roster size being one of them) during a season. You need to finish the season (or manually end it via the [End Season] button) and then the league rules can be edited.
 
 Or if you're just still exploring how things work, resetting the league will also do this, but you'll lose all your existing data.

Well,i remember reading on here somewhere that when you update the game it is best to reset your leagues.So i changed the settings after resetting.

One other strange thing was that under the old version i had an 11 man pro level American rules league with one team using the arena stadium.Under the beta version i recieved a message that the stadium was incompatible with the ruleset,but when i switched them to a western dome it was fine.
